I would suggest getting a mobile boarding pass; those usually don't have the booking class spelled out (depends on the airline and ticket). If it just says economy, try to use that to get in. Maybe you get lucky and the lounge dragon doesn't pay attention, doesn't care, or is simply preoccupied with chatting with their colleagues while they scan your pass. Good luck!
