I'd also check if you could take a slightly later flight to ZRH.....most federal agencies allow a stopover of less than 24 hours if your overall travel time is greater than 14 hours OCONUS. That puts the stopover on the gov dime (hotels in ZRH are pricy!) and ensures that you're staying within policy.
