Bottom line summary is that IT integration is what is slowing things down. Their priorities have been to integrate with AF/KLM (done), Delta, and Virgin Atlantic. Those 4 airlines alone constituted over 90% of the partner activity (with AF/KL accounting for 80%) so the other partnerships are less critical for now.
