They have more premium customers and more HONs than ever it seems. And just look at the lifetime SEN thread, 39 pages of people hellbent on chasing it. So, there is certainly still room for many, many more enhancements.
In conclusion, Carsten is a wuss, and only amateurishly trying to destroy LHG brand image. May I suggest that LH appoints Alan Joyce as their next CEO?
