So PP members can just show up at one of the restaurants and order take out as long as it’s under $28/pp?
Each resturant has it's own terms as dictated on it's PP page. Some allow it and some don't.... and some waitresses will just break the rules for you. Doesn't have to be under $28 in order to do takeout.
For example, Landry's at IAH restricts "To-Go" orders as noted on condition number 2 on their PP page. I have even had some waitresses there not even give me to go containers... Now for example, Yankee Pier at SFO, no restrictions on To Go orders listed under the conditions and you can just go up to the take out resgister to place your order no issues.
Also some PP restaurants allow the order of food on arrival as well, dine in or take out.
