I must say that yesterday's call was a huge disappointment! Nothing more than a marketing stunt. The arrogance of the presenters was shocking, every question was twisted to meet their narrative and the real questions were simply ignored. It was a total waste of time to listen to this rubbish and if they keep up the good work the entire HON program should disappear in the not too distant future when all of the "most loyal customers" will have fled to better alternatives.
Today, the only thing keeping me loyal is the LX F product but once they eliminate the LX advantage by reducing it to the far lower LH standard it will be game over. So sad to see one of the best airlines in the world getting destroyed by incompetence and arrogance at the head...
