I've transited and arrived/departed in Istanbul many times as E/E+ but never had to do a quick pick-and-drop baggage shuffle like this.
Are there any particular tricks or shortcuts that I need to be aware of to make this go smoothly? What is the best way to get from arrivals to departures (ideally the Premium checkin area) quickly with one checked suitcase? I will use the FastTrack immigration of course as E+
Also, what are the chances of Tashkent agreeing to tag my bag all the way through to London despite the separate PNRs? I have had success with TK tagging me onward to other *A airlines on separate PNRs but never tried TK-TK connections.
As long as TAS uses Troya as the DCS (true at all stations except those where the airport mandates a different DCS), it won't be a problem for TK in TAS to check the bag through to LHR and issue both boarding passes, even across two PNRs. TK has done it for me many times, even in situations where one of the segments is confirmed but the other segment is standby.
