I agree that the math on award bookings for premium economy is not very good at all. Award value is better for business because of how expensive business is.
However, with 3 seats to buy and the fact that I'm usually about 8-9 months out when I know my travel dates I doubt by then there would be 3 "saver" award seats so I'm left to spend the "advantage" cost of about 143,000 per seat each way and I just can't justify that outlay.
