I am sorry to bust any illusions - but such notes have zero impact in the real world (if the agend has actually made them - would not be the first time that QF agents simply say anything to get the customer off the call).
Such notes, if they exist, would not help with a QF operated flight as noone at the airport would bother to look in the booking details and they especially mean nothing for a BA flight as they for sure cannot even access the booking notes.
