I'm trying to travel RDU-SIN-DPS in either Premium Economy or Business. I have an offer for $ plus Miles of $4600 + 178,000 miles in PP RDU-HND. I don't know how to evaluate this. I don't value the miles as United has devalued them so much. This is the first time I've ever seen a Miles Plus offer.

RDU-IAD-HND is on United, HND-IAD-RDU is on ANA Premium Economy.

Is this a good deal and is it likely to cost less in $ and miles over the next few months? I'm not sure how, if possible, to research normal pricing?

And is there any chance that we'd get a buy up offer based on this? I don't know how to get the fare code.

I really need to get to SIN/DPS so I need to see if I can get another flight from HND to DPS.
