Misconnect in BOM
Evening all,
My MIL has booked a ticket via Expedia for a return GLA - BOM - ATQ. Outbound departs 14/2 @ 6am. The outbounds are all fine but the inbounds are affected. The issue is not with BA but Vistara, as they've cancelled the domestic ATQ - BOM flight.
I contacted Expedia via their chat but they claimed BA would not allow them to rebook anything and all options presented as misconnects. I doubt that's the case but cannot be sure. Am I correct in thinking I can contact BA tomorrow as they'd takeover the booking with the 24 hour period? Don't even get me started with the booking BA direct thing as I know, I'm just trying to sort it for her.
Hoping I've remembered this correctly so I can speak to them tomorrow. If anybody can confirm, it would be much appreciated!
