As a PE passenger, my child was refused access to the business lavatory and told to use the one in economy. I'm also fairly certain business pax have been permitted to deplane first, with the FAs holding back the economy pax - and this has been on every long haul flight.
This very much depends on the crew, some of them being more protective and some less.
