Not sure about the Drake, but the Chicago Hilton and the Wit are both charging it. London House and the Hampton across the street aren't. Not sure about other properties.

I heard a couple people complain about and so far Hyatt isn't charging it in Chicago, so hoping they'll realize this was a mistake and stop charging it.
