Private transfer one way question:

Will be moving from Le Bora Bora to the Conrad ; the standard way would be to take Le Bora Bora's transfer to the airport and then Conrad's transfer from the airport to the hotel. this is what Le Bora Bora has advised for me to do they do not offer any other option.
There will be 3 of us (2 adult / 1 child). I suspect the cost is similar to book a private transfer with one of the local tour companies - provided they are available on this transfer day. If Conrad charges roughly $180 one way and Le Bora Bora charges roughly $140 one way than it gives me hypothetically $320 to pay for a private transfer between the 2 hotels.

I suspect if the cost is similar it would save a good amount of time and be a nicer method of travel to take a private transfer to the next hotel.

Question is for those that may have done something similar, can you confirm that the Conrad is a.) ok with this? ; b.) then only charges you the one way fee for your departure transfer? ; c.) any other disadvantage to not taking Conrad's arrival boat? Ok with missing out on a flower lei or similar, lol.
I will also need to confirm Le Bora Bora has similar policy. If either property charges the R/T price even if you only take it one way then it doesn't work for me.
