Just looked and my new companion cert is in my DL account. It shows an issue date of 2/1/24 and expirartion of 3/31/25.
It does have the new expanded destinations language.
February is my renewal month - last year the AF hit on February 12th; it's not showing in my AMEX account yet.
For fun, can you see if you can redeem it for any First Class I/Z fares? I have several dates that I have tried for trips from DTW/FNT to MCO/MLB and in every case I get the message:

I called DL and the rep I spoke with stated that even though I and Z class fares were available, that doesn't mean you can use the certificate to secure them.
