Because 1) I thought I read that in their new bumph.
2) Because 2 months ago, when trying to upgrade a cheap ticket transatlantic for a relative, I was told that my fare did not qualify. Which was ridiculous. I did the whole feedback thing and to make a long story short was told, "The information you were given is not accurate now", Which at the time made me think exactly like you did that they were confusing LH and whatever, but now makes me think that it is a new "enhancement". I hope that I am wrong.
