A question about expired vouchers, since they moved around the dates from the COVID times I kinda lost track of when they are expiring.

This brings us to the issue at hand, they expired end of Jan while I was convinced it was Feb. So when I booked my flights and upgraded them I found out that my old ones expired.

Tldr; What are my chances of getting the "expired" vouchers used for these flights since they expired 10 days ago? What would be the best chances to get this to work, I would assume via the FEEDBACK form would be the best chance.

I asked my city office (BEG), but they said they have been completely barred with dealing with Miles and Smiles issues
