Angry Swiss Customer Service Email ?

Hello fellow FTs,

i'm going round and round in circles with Swiss on Twitter as it seems that Swiss does not have a Customer Service email and sends everyone to the site. The site, however, is the source of my problem as I have submitted a complaint, seen a confirmation message on screen but have never received any Case Number, follow up email or any sort of reference.

I've got multiple issues running with Swiss (Downgrade Compensation, Miles wrongly attributed) and Swiss seems clearly not to be investing into Customer Service (nor the site, apparently).

So I ask simply if someone is aware of a Customer Service Email. If not... i think I'm going to write them a letter!

I've done a dozen flights in the last 8 months with them, booked at least another dozen or so flights for family and the amount of issues seen is astonishing.
