The cap should be 1st Jan - 31st Dec for ADCB, or at least it was in previous years. The 12-month validity is for the tier miles on your Etihad Guest account I believe. If nothing credits for me by end of this week I'll start contacting ADCB support.

For Miles On the go, I contacted support and provided them some evidence of spend in Yas Mall not credited and notifications in the app. See what happens.
