Yeah - I couldn't believe it myself, so I asked at a SkyClub once when they were not busy - they confirmed it and said that no one on a SkyTeam basic economy/economy "light" fare has access, starting 01/01/2024. Not Flying Blue Ultimate members, not DL's own 360 members, not Amex Centurion Card holders. Basically NO ONE. Doesn't matter where you fly (intercontinental) or how long your flight is (long-haul), or which airline you booked the ticket with. To be fair, DL announced it last year as part of their major revamp of SkyClub access, new elite thresholds, etc. It was hidden under all that verbiage and the ensuring controversy which followed afterwards.
