Excellent suggestion, notquiteaff. I saw the names on Elliot, but I was not sure it would work. I'll give it a try. I have exhausted all possibilities by phone. As I stated in an earlier post, an AA supervisor in Mexico yelled at me, and told me not to call again. Shame on AA for sending the customer service call center to Mexico, and not even having a US elite line (so my husband could call).
