Online chat or calling is the easiest. If after logging into your account the chat won't connect, call the Doha Privilege Club number shown on your member dashboard using skype or similar.
I wouldn't complicate it by talking about the second booking as you do not have a problem with that. Just mention the first booking not being confirmed / paid, and you have not received your avios back yet. They may be able to put them back in your account whilst you are speaking.
Then if you want to complain about the price differential, contact them later only about that, using:

If you have already received your avios by the time you write that, you have not incurred any loss, so adopt the tone of just letting them know. They may or may not respond.
And just for personal security I would remove the 2 PNRs mentioned from your post above. Nobody here needs to know those, even though someone would need your surname as well to do much with them.
