I regularly do, it's the least important meal for me and more often that not, hotel breakfasts are pretty crap.
have zero interest in stuffing my face at a buffet with mediocre Western stodge.
A proper Japanese hotel is the exception in my limited experience if serving proper Japanese breakfasts but even then, I'm perfectly happy to grab an onigiri and have an amazing lunch and dinner later.
