Don't the pasta meals usually have cheese? So maybe you'd get that for the VLML (lacto-ovo veggie), but not for the VGML (non-dairy)? And I doubt you'd get it for the Spicy Asian/Hindu option(s).
But as a purser, you would definitely know better than me.
