We just stayed at Fairfield Cebu, Philippines. Plats don't get free breakfast, but they offered 20% off the 800 PHP, for 600 PHP/p. The breakfast was quite decent. Not as good as those you'll find in the main dining rooms of 4* Marriott, Westin/Sheraton, but still pretty good.
