I recommend Enye by Chele at the Crimson Resort. We took a grab there and the food was excellent. Chele Gonzalez is a Spanish chef that worked at El Bulli. He also has restaurants in Manila and Tagaytay. Also for getting here from the airport Grab is cheaper than the metered taxis.
