It looks like the picture is of the main course only - a traditional Egyptian-type breakfast. No photo of the appetizer, which includes a variety of other items, or the pre-breakfast smoothie, etc. For a relatively short flight, I’m not sure what you expected for a business class meal, unless, if course, it was dinner time.
