Pleasant stay
Recently stayed here for 4 nights. Took 1-day pre-arrival upgrade offer from king city view to king bay view on the app for additional 9,500JPY/night. Upon check-in no additional upgrade as Gold. Breakfast was good though quite crowded. IMO the lobster omelette was overrated, I much preferred the pancakes.
