First of all, thanks to Parnel & Super Larry for FT coordination of this great event!

Must reiterate Parnel's thanks to everyone at AC who received us so warmly this lunch / afternoon. It took great courage for many of the AC & AP planning folks to confront their most vocal customers just hours after the new 2005 plans were announced.

While I may not be totally happy with the latest AP offerings in their current state, I have a much better understanding of the determining factors behind them. It's obvious that the AC & AP teams are listening and have a genuine desire to improve our experience.

As Parnel says, I also now have much greater confidence that the management team has structured the plans in such a way as to gradually refine & improve them over time as the shackles of their legacy systems are gradually removed.
