If you want to use your earned TK miles for Business Class awards, be warned that TK charges ridiculous Fuel Surcharges for award tickets that are even worse than what BA charges. I was just quoted $1,066 + 45K miles for a SFO-VIE ticket on TP in January 2024!

The other issue is dealing with TK staff: There is not much you can do on their website when it comes to award travel on their alliance partners and calling them on the phone is an ordeal since their staff are not only ignorant but disinterested.

You may want to look at the UA program - your miles never expire (unlike TK), taxes are low and there are no added fuel surcharges; their online access is reasonable, though I have no clue how easy it is to access them on the phone in Malaysia.
