How does it work? Hotels with no breakfast
Admittedly I am a big fan of breakfast, whether at home or (particularly) at hotels; but among the many 'innovations' that Marriott has pioneered, we mow have hotels that do not have a kitchen and do not serve breakfast. They have recently opened a bunch of Fairfields in Japan that apparently do not have a kitchen and do not serve breakfast. Look at the Fairfield by Marriott Okayama Hiruzen Highland or the Fairfield by Marriott Okayama Tsuyama for just two exampes among many.
Even after having travelled extensively in Japan, I would be the first to admit that I know little of the Japanese market; But are there enough locals, let alone foreigners, who would opt to stay at a hotel where they cannot get breakfast?
