This flight was a lunch. It’s yonks since I’d been on a Band 1 catering flight. The food was served first and was a choice of Smoked Salmon or some Vegan salad. We both had the Smoked Salmon and it was delicious. Again, full bottles of Champagne were served and the crew worked their socks off to get the service done and back to the Galley. I times them and the fairly full CE of 24 was served in 20 mins after take off. They then started collecting and offering refills. It was quite honestly as slick as it gets and the crew managed to be friendly to all. So I remembered to snap before tucking in and I might add that every flight was on time.
