Was referring to Rari, he has an old post where he apparently got on the Amex blacklist from a bounced payment. Got all straightened out and assume it’s no biggie, but getting a Centurion invite would probably be the biggest “all clear” and an interesting test case.
curious how long the blacklist is held against you when that happens? Sounds like a six month thing. One year five years.?
I had a similar situation. Nothing with late or not paid but the Auto pay took it from an old account that I didn’t even realize because I always take care of the well in advance. At this point in time there was a few dollars left… anyway once I noticed it happened, I resolved within minutes of the notification. They then stuck me with a 50k preset limit. Never bother me since I pay it quickly anyway. Just curious if that preset effort goes away. My understanding is it hold you back from getting future products until it does
