What is worst, their flights to/from some German cities (e.g. Berlin, Bremen) do not show "Service Fee" as shown on this screenshot at all, and the price difference in Comfort Flex is less than any cheaper tariff + Pegasus Flex. That does not make sense. So, if with Pegasus Flex the refund fee is the cost of Pegasus Flex, and the rest is fully refundable, with Comfort Flex refund fee seems unknown.
