I am booked KUL-LHR Biz and considering an upgrade biz to Suites.
I am a little confused as to what the difference is between the two. I have searched a few online reviews but most available are Pre-COVID and seem to feature an enhanced inflight menu in Suites versus Biz.
Is this still the case or is the inflight catering now exactly the same for Suites and Biz and is the only difference now the seat?
TIA
We booked Biz Suites last summer to fly LHR -KUL
There are only four seats and we grabbed the middle two about three weeks before the flight.
Seat and bed very comfortable.
Asked to see the Drinks menu and they didn't have one.
Asked what was available, "Gin....Vodka......Whiskey.....Bacardi etc rhymed off
Had to ask exactly what reds they had before ordering wine to have with dinner.
Meal was nothing special, although my husband loved the Caviar.
In Flight entertainment was very disappointing.
There was a Tom Hanks film all over the front of the in flight magazine that I would have liked to watch, could not find it in the film choices on screen and asked crew member.
She searched for it, couldn't find it either and said they must have taken it off !!! Really??
Choice of other films was very disappointing.
Crew gathered in front galley and chatting and laughing when trying to sleep was a bit tiresome.
All in all, we felt we would not book again, unless there was a VERY good price .We have had a better experience in Business Class with MAS
