thats the thing, theres no plans to fly using it this year, Ive cleared out all my avios on a reward flight via QR as well as using a Amex companion voucher, next flights this year will need to be paid for to get the tier points.
so for me to use it in the next 2 years id need to build up the avios balance which may or may not happen
