I did ask about mainland Europe (which excludes the UK), so AUS and NZ are a little out of the way for me but helpful for others.

The AMS Mercure is pricey due to the in-terminal convenience. I forgot about CDG as I've never needed to stay overnight, but will this winter. So, only a small amount.
