Update: Concierge was able to do apply the SUA on the backend. They mentioned they had to communicate with PH Auckland to block off a suite and it will not show on my account due to some IT limitation.

Thanks all for your confirmation!

Lessons learned: Never trust what the CS reps say through Chat. Call them (with or without globalist line) to get it done properly.
