It's not a good idea to go walking around other cabins, particularly not with a glass of fizz in your hand as one notorious FT post once suggested. So it's short walks, and you may find a quiet vestibule area to stretch a few limbs. The old Highlife magazine used to have some stretch exercises which could be done onboard, and which were science based.
