Wouldn't you rather open a new Biz Plat card with NLL - if one is available up you - and get a boat Ioad more points for that amount of spend (even less because most SUBs require $15k, some require $30k)?
If you're going to ditch the retention offer in favor of a Chase Biz card then you may as well close the Plat for a full annual fee refund.
