The hours have been regularly changing. True Start/ end time at a station varies a lot.
a ststion might say it opens at 5 am but first train you might not see till 530am.
“ school nights” it has closed at 11pm. The problem is you might get on say silver line at Dulles late and go to Roslyn leaving around 930pm and get to Roslyn at 1020 pm but you missed the last blue line that night that left the station at 1015 pm..
