No, they don't, we bought our 3 month old a seat as it was a lot easier to handle (we had 3 other small children to handle at the same time) and ended up in a 3+3 configuration in a mini cabin (this was VS some time ago). She got loads of attention from the crew. She had to sit on a lap for takeoff and landing.
