I can assure that no one has succeeded in getting Vueling (or other LLC) to make such annotation in the ticket. It would be to kill the goose that lays the golden egg, and Vueling is likely to resist in every possible way to do adhere to any judgment allowing pax to carry standard carry-on for free. Just my prediction....
