I was always able to enter my FB number into the booking online, via their manage my booking section. It would also always recognize it as FB Platinum. After that, in case the Gol+ seat was showing as paid, I would just use the chat function they have and ask them to select a Gol+ seat for me for free since I was FB Plat. They always obliged.
The extra bag was always free to add on the website after adding the FB number. But given that Gol has removed all text about these benefits, maybe it is now gone.
