was the first time I saw it. Hopefully next time there is no issue.
That was probably due to an outage of Ready to Fly, or some other IT, thus blocking the entry gate, which happens once in a while. It's usually back within a few minutes. I can see a report of an outage this morning at 11:03, back in servica about 7 minutes later.
