I've been looking over the meal options for my YVR-TPE-SIN flight with China Airlines in Business class, and wanted opinions on the menu options CI has provided.

For the YVR-TPE leg, CI is offering the following as the main course option for the first meal service:
Stir-fried Prawn and Vegetables with Steamed Rice
or
Beef Steak and Mashed Potatoes with Garlic
or
Roasted Chicken Breast with Penne Sauteed Spinach and Vegetables

Also, CI is offering either the Yang Chow Fried Rice or a Sky Lounge Snack as an inbetween snack option; are any of these any good?

The TPE-SIN flight is offering the following as the main course options:

Hoisin-Glazed Roast Chicken Thigh with Grain and Quinoa Rice
or
Assorted Seafood in Oyster Sauce with Noodles
or
Japanese Beef Hamburger Steak with Steamed Rice

What has everyone tried and would recommend? Thanks.
