BA Hols have always been fantastic for us when disruption reared its head. Re-booked flights, extended/modified hotel stays and almost invariably at no cost. IMO its the only way to travel, bless them. And an extra shout to the BAH Agent who gave me her email contact details in case we needed any extra help in the future.
