Sorry to hear about the cancellation.

Glad to hear about the good experience with the Duty Desk.
A persistent refrain from me but those staff are worth more than their weight in gold when things go pear-shaped.
Another night at Raffles at the Palm certainly much better than the airport Holiday Inn Express (or whatever...)!
