I ended up booking the ff rate for $1000 all in vs FHR which wanted $1600 after tax for 3 nights and then using a couple FNC on the tail end. Rates are pretty similar after taking the $375 credits into account. For whatever reason they are quoting me $250/nt for Ceiba but I haven't tried to negotiate done at all. Just wanted to share actual numbers because when I read people post about getting "good rates" that's pretty subjective.
