Sorry if this question has been answered in another thread -- I know that paying for AA upgrade post ticketing is not an official credit from AXEM Platinum. In searching I found some older posts saying that they got credits for "seat" upgrades and some for being upgraded by paying after ticketing.

Was wondering if anyone has had any success recently receiving this credit? I have AA has my chosen airline.
